Well, apparently no one listens to me, or they’d know better. But, be that as it may, apparently *everyone* but me hates Jar Jar Binks, as shown in this latest story from IMDB:
Star Wars: The Phantom Menace alien Jar Jar Binks has been voted the most annoying film character of all time. In a poll of 5,000 movie fans by UK website LoveFilm.com, the computer generated Binks beat out competition from Andie MacDowell’s character, Carrie, in Four Weddings And A Funeral. Third most irritating is Rowan Atkinson’s Bean, followed in fourth place by Jim Carrey’s Ace Ventura: Pet Detective character. In fifth place is Ben Stiller’s White Goodman in Dodgeball.
And NO mention of Rose Perez in ANYTHING? These people don’t know what they’re talking about. No seriously, every time I hear that woman speak I want to slaughter small puppies. Some of you might be saying, “but oh great and powerful 13, Rose Perez is a person, not a character.“ Do you honestly think she’s like that 24/7?? No.. That’s an act. It has to be. No one’s that annoying by accident.
