I think this has always been a great thing.  Uncle George and his battery of henchmen look over the hard work that you, the loyal subjects produce each year, and they give you the accolades deserved for these gems of internet media.  Many great films such as “TROOPS”, “Trooper Clerks: The Animated Series”, and others have won this honor, and YOU have a voice in who wins this year.  I say you, because honestly, I haven’t seen *any* of the nominated films, since they’re hosted on Atomfilms, which blows Banthas.  Seriously, I hate that Fekkin’ site, and I can *never* watch anything there.  Sure the ADS load just fine, and after 5 minutes of watching THOSE, I get a herky jerky film with bad synched sound.  I hate Atomfilms.

But, be that as it may, go check out the films and cast your ballots to support your fellow dorks.
